Inspection & Approval
Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item(s) before approving your refund.
Returns that do not comply with our policy may be rejected or may be subject to a partial reduction of the refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Because our fulfillment process is highly automated, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until it has been delivered before requesting a return.
Unclaimed Parcels
If an order is not collected from the designated collection point and is returned to our logistics warehouse, Monroe Muse reserves the right to deduct any return shipping and handling costs from the final refund amount.
Abuse of Our Return Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns where we believe our Return Policy is being abused.
This includes, but is not limited to:
