Free Shipping

We're proud to offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders.

All orders are processed and shipped from our international warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and peak sales periods.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days from the date they are placed and shipped on the following business day after processing.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to make any changes.

Delivery Times

After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery times will then vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times by region:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–16 business days
  • Central America: 10–25 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Other Countries: 11–30 business days

In exceptional circumstances, deliveries may take longer than expected. In such cases, delivery may take up to 40 business days.
